The listed "Verweserhaus" dates back to 1500 and was completely renovated from 2017 to 2018. During the total renovation, 5 apartments were created on the upper floor.
Particular attention was paid to attention to detail during the implementation. Historic elements were preserved and integrated into the new and modern design, creating a perfect mix of old and new.
High-quality brands such as Villeroy & Boch were used, as well as fine solid wood floorboards and local products from the region such as "Rauriser Naturstein".

Apartment Top 4 & 5 (suitable for 4-6 persons)
These two apartments can be purchased together or separately, which offers you special potential and an interesting return on investment.

Apartment Top 4 (suitable for 2-4 persons): From the entrance you reach the spacious kitchen-living-dining area, which has space for a large pull-out sofa bed. Towards the bedroom there is a small anteroom with a connecting door to apartment Top 5. The bedroom is spacious and the en suite bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower.

Apartment Top 5 (suitable for 2-4 persons): This apartment has space for a kitchenette, a large bed and seating for dining.
From the central room you can access the modern bathroom and the large balcony with wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
The kitchen and bathroom are included in the purchase price. The high-quality interior can also be purchased for an additional €43,000.
All owners will be given the opportunity to store their personal belongings.

The building is dedicated as an apartment house and the apartments have a touristic use.

Right in the center of the small and quaint village of Rauris, 5 apartments have been created on the upper floor of the time-honored "Verweserhaus", which was completely renovated in 2018. There is a café and a grocer’s store on the first floor of the house. The ski slopes and the countryside are also just a few minutes’ walk away, so you can enjoy a good infrastructure in beautiful surroundings without any problems and without much effort.
The village of Rauris is located in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park and is currently setting the course for natural growth. More "beds" are to be built in the future and even a new gondola to expand the ski area is being negotiated. But everything is to be built naturally and as ecologically as possible so that the quaint and authentic charm of the small, cozy village is preserved. In Rauris, you won’t find any bed castles, mass processing or convoys of vehicles. The Rauris Valley ends with the Hoher Sonnblick and therefore Rauris is not a place to pass through! Instead, you can enjoy alpine style at the highest level.
You can enjoy pure nature here in both winter and summer! On the many cycle paths and a total of 290 kilometers of hiking trails, you can relax in a wonderful landscape. Or enjoy your free time on snowshoe hikes, cross-country skiing, horse-drawn carriage rides, ski tours, ice climbing or tobogganing.
