The living units range from 103.90 m² to 174.05 m² of living space, featuring 2 to 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a spacious kitchen-living-dining area. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and unique features, each lodge offers everything your heart desires:
• Gira Smart Home system for controlling lighting and heating
• Custom-designed kitchens with high-quality Bosch appliances and a Pevino wine refrigerator
• Quooker hot water system
• Elegant interiors: linen curtains, smoked oak floorboards, stainless steel accents, and custom-made furniture by regional artisans
• Exposed concrete ceilings, floating wooden staircases with metal elements, and flush-mounted doors
• Private wellness oasis: a hot tub and sauna (Hyttn) custom-built by local artisans, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace

The Goldlärche Lodge is designed in soft, natural tones and spans two floors with a living area of approximately 118.95 m². You’ll find an elegant master bedroom with an open-concept bathroom and an XL shower, another bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a private garden featuring a private sauna and hot tub. Here, you can enjoy pure relaxation and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. On the upper floor, there is a third bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a large living-kitchen area with a fireplace and a balcony.

For added comfort, an exclusive breakfast and dinner service is available, delivered directly to the lodge upon request. This way, no one has to worry about a thing—the full-service experience allows you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. From breakfast in the morning to dinner in the evening, everything is prepared according to your personal preferences and brought directly to the cozy atmosphere of the lodge, so you can sit back and relax completely.

Sustainability is also a top priority at Birgkar: 200 m² of photovoltaic panels, ring collectors for solar and geothermal energy, and electric vehicle charging stations for eco-conscious travel are all part of the innovative energy concept.

Each lodge comes with a parking space in the on-site underground garage (price per space: €35,000). The Premium Interior Package is available for an additional charge of €135,000 net. The prices listed are net prices.
