Large patio doors open onto the pool terrace and sun lounge deck. The flight of stairs takes one to the first floor, featuring two large bedrooms, as well as one bathroom. Both bedrooms are fitted with ‘floor-to-ceiling’ frames, and offer access to spacious balconies with sea, town and countryside views. The basement level houses the garage, with space for two cars, a storage room, a bathroom, and the staircase.

Location – distances
Galatas and Daratsos are neighbouring villages on the low hills just west of Chania, close enough to share the same beaches and everyday amenities. Daratsos is the quieter of the two, a largely residential area that many Chania locals choose for its balance of calm and convenience. Galatas carries a longer story: it was the scene of one of the defining moments of the Battle of Crete in 1941, and the village square, the Greek and New Zealand memorial, and a small museum still draw visitors tracing that history. Today it remains a living village rather than a monument, with tavernas around the square and a permanent local community that keeps both villages active well beyond the summer months
