These apartments are a spacious 242m² in size, including a 40m² balcony with panoramic ocean views.
They feature spacious open kitchens and living rooms filled with natural light and breathtaking views. The master bedroom has sweeping ocean views, as well as a large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a 15m² balcony and ensuite bathroom and the third bedroom, which also has an ensuite bathroom, boasts a French balcony with ocean views. Every apartment boasts stunning design features, including high-quality European-styled kitchens and bathrooms.

Penthouses
Each of the 7 buildings at the View features a full-storey penthouse on the top storey spanning 400-500m². Buildings 1, 5 and 7 feature 400m² penthouses, while the penthouses in Buildings 2, 3, 4 and 6 feature penthouses spanning 500m².
The standard layout for the 400m² penthouses is a 3-bedroom layout, although early buyers can opt for a different floorplan to add an extra bedroom if desired. The 500m² penthouses feature 5 bedrooms, including a massive master bedroom, which early buyers can decide to place on either the eastern or western side of the penthouse.
Both types of penthouses feature:
– 2 large ocean-facing balconies with views across the ocean
– 2 private balconies accessible from the secondary bedrooms with views across the island
– Large open kitchen and living areas, all with ocean views throughout the entire room
– Fully equipped kitchens with European appliances 
At present, we have a 500 m² penthouse available in Building 2.

The estimate is that the monthly homeowners’ association (HOA) contribution will be in the range of USD 300 – 400 per apartment per month, depending on the precise amenities included in the HOA’s services.
These contributions will in any case cover the cost of a professional HOA administrator, 24/7 resort security, a high-speed internet connection for each apartment, fire and natural catastrophe insurance, elevator and pool maintenance, minor general maintenance and cleaning of common areas, gardening, water and the electricity consumption for the common areas and facilities.

May 2024: Periodic update on construction process:
Phase 1 buildings:
Building 2 now stands five storeys tall (including the ground floor), with the masonry work on all five storeys now being complete and preparations being made for the pouring of the sixth floor.
At nine storeys, Building 3 is nearing completion of the raw construction stage, with only one more floor (the penthouse) to go.
Building 5 is also only one storey away from completion of the raw construction stage, with the masonry work of the first six storeys having been completed and preparations being made for the pouring of the floor of the seventh storey penthouse.
Building 6 is only three storeys away from completion, with the masonry work of the first six storeys having been completed and preparations now being made for the pouring of the floor of the seventh storey. 
Building 7 is only two storeys away from completion of the raw construction stage, with the masonry work of the first five storeys having been completed and the floor of the sixth story having been poured. We are now working on the masonry work of the sixth storey.
As the completion of the raw stage of construction of the Phase 1 buildings is near, to the next part of this phase will be the installation of windows and doors, and the plastering and painting of the exterior of the buildings, which is expected to start as early as September.

The Phase 2 buildings:
The engineering specifications for the foundations of Building 4 have been received and work on drilling the piles for the foundations of this building is expected in the coming weeks. Work on commencing the site for the construction of Building 1 will soon start.
 
Landscaping and infrastructure:
In March, an Aruba-based firm specialised in designing infrastructure and landscaping for high-end hotel and resort projects to prepare the landscaping and infrastructure plan for The View was engaged. The first draft from is expected soon.

The Marina
Construction on the marina commenced in August 2023 and the first phase of construction is now nearing completion, with the breakwater now almost complete and the marina entrance now being at its intended width of 20 metres (65′) and depth of 4.5 metres (14′). The contract for the dredging work in the lagoon was recently awarded this work is expected to commence in Q3 2024. An order for the rotating bridge and for the pier elements for the marina will be placed shortly.
As part of the dredging work, decades of mineral oil and heavy metal contamination will be dredged up and carefully removed from the bed of the lagoon and circulation pipes installed to improve the water quality in the lagoon and restore life to what is currently an unhealthy, still, lifeless body of water.
