The villas are located on the slopes of Učka mountain above Opatija at 350-400 m above sea level. The town of Opatija, located below, is situated directly on the sea and is very famous and popular as a Croatian coastal town, especially because of the beautiful old buildings of the numerous Habsburg-era villas. On the promenade you can enjoy not only the magnificent view of the town, but also the view of the neighboring islands.
