Construction specifications The facades and walls are made with concrete blocks. All exterior window frames will be made of aluminum, except for the front door and storage room door. The living room and kitchen will feature an aluminum sliding door. The entrance doors of the house will be solid wooden doors with two sidelights,fitted with glass shutters for ventilation. The pitched roofs will consist of wooden trusses, roof sheathing, underlayment, roofing felt, battens, and dark-colored roof tiles. The flat roof between the sloping roofs will be constructed with wooden beams, roof sheathing, and EPDM roofing.
