My name is Lorenzo Lucani. I was born in Cortona, grew up here, and have been working as a real estate agent for the past 25 years. My deep knowledge of this part of Tuscany and my infinite love for it, combined with a desire to fully comprehend each and every one of your wishes and needs, will help make your dream of buying the perfect home come true.
I’ll be by your side each step of the way, helping you find the house, negotiating the price, and going through each of the steps of its purchase. I carefully select each of the properties that I show with my focus being principally on mediating the sales of prestigious residences.

I hold a degree in Philosophy and a Master’s Degree in History from the University of Siena (both cum laude) and have been working as a real estate agent since 1997.
Since 2001, I have been part of the professional association Fiaip (Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents); between 2017-2021 I was the Region of Tuscany Foreign Sector Delegate and the Vice President of the Province of Arezzo as well as a member of the Tuscan regional council.
I frequently attend professional refresher courses (CIPS, Certified International Property Specialist, TRC Transnational Referral Certified, SDA Bocconi, just to name a few) and I personally participate in International Real Estate Fairs all across Europe.
