As you enter this stylish lodge, you’ll immediately be struck by the bright, spacious living room with large windows, a sleek poured floor and comfortable underfloor heating. The inviting seating area is perfect for relaxing and streaming your favourite shows on the modern TV. The open, straight-line kitchen is fitted with every convenience, including a combi microwave and dishwasher: cooking here becomes a real pleasure.

Single-storey, spacious layout

The lodge is fully single-storey and features 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. There’s also a second bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for children. A second bathroom, also fitted with underfloor heating, completes the comfortable layout. Outside, a spacious terrace with garden furniture awaits, where you can fully enjoy the natural surroundings.

Ready for the future

This lodge is fully future-proof, with 8 solar panels on the roof and a smart thermostat linked to Summio Parcs’ booking system. This smart system prevents unnecessary energy use, so you can enjoy a sustainable stay. The investment is rounded off with a separate external storage room, fitted with lighting and the option to charge electric bikes.

Summio Parc Schaijk is set in a wooded area on the edge of the De Maashorst nature reserve, offering a unique holiday experience with detached holiday homes that blend seamlessly into the landscape. Return and personal use

At Summio Parc Schaijk, you have ample opportunity to use the lodge yourself. This can easily be booked online, provided the home isn’t rented out, up to a maximum of 89 days per year. Annual fixed costs are approximately € 3,700 per year.
