There is a kitchen and bathroom with shower and hot water. There used to be a toilet with a draft, but groundwater seeped into the three-chamber well, so there is now a temporary freezing toilet that requires composting, which must be approved by the municipality. The gray water runs into a two-chamber well that is collected by the municipality every two years. Part of the roof needs a loving hand. There was water damage in the kitchen when I bought the house, and I fixed the problem, but I wanted to replace the oldest part of the roof (about 20 square meters) with roofing sheeting.
