Description

Splendid 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment with large garden in old town center
This is a preview of a property to come on the market soon. It is not yet possible to make an offer. Contact us for details.
This 2 bedroom / 2 bath characteristic apartment with exposed beams and stone facade is located in a quiet area at the edge of the charming medieval town of Campiglia Marittima in Tuscany. What really sets it apart is its incredible 200 m² private garden. With an unobstructed position at the edge of the village, the garden enjoys an expansive view of the nearby countryside and the gentile breezes typical of Campiglia, making the garden a privileged setting for romantic outdoor dining and a glass of local wine. A finished basement, about 52 m², completes the picture.
The apartment, about 115 m², stays cool in the summer thanks to cross ventilation. Double glazing and gas heating provide comfort during the winter, making it suitable for year round use.
Fiber optic (FTTC) internet service is available in the area, ideal for a home office. No recurring condominium fees.
