Over Immotraum GmbH

We are Joel Paris and Joris Scheer. Together we started Immotraum GmbH in April 2024. We are a young, ambitious team that shares a passion for real estate. Our goal is to get our clients their dream home.
Joel grew up in Bellwald, CH and therefore knows the region, regulations and all the associated customs very well. After several years working for a regional property development agency as an architect, Joel, together with Joris, saw the opportunity to set up a real estate office.
Joris has a background in the (international) hospitality industry and therefore knows better than anyone how to make people feel at home.
Joris focusses more on the Dutch market and Joel more on the Swiss market. This combination makes for a unique collaboration, with Joris perfectly able to translate Dutch customs into Swiss standards. When it comes to local regulations, Joel in turn is an expert. With his very extensive network of architects and project developers, we can continue to advise you even after your purchase.
