Spain
The Spanish islands are much more than sun and sea. You can also enjoy unspoilt nature and rich culture. An ideal year-round holiday destination! Wouldn’t it be wonderful to buy your own holiday home in Mallorca, Ibiza or Tenerife?
Spending the winter in Tenerife
Tenerife belongs to the Canary Islands, an autonomous region of Spain. It is also called ‘the island of eternal spring’. In summer, temperatures rarely exceed 30 degrees and in winter, daytime temperatures average 20 degrees. This wonderful climate makes Tenerife an ideal destination for overwintering. Barely a four-hour flight from Belgium or the Netherlands and you trade the rain and cold for glorious sunshine and mild temperatures. Tenerife is the dream place to enjoy life.
Nature in Tenerife is beautiful: golden sandy beaches and impressive mountain landscapes alternate. Much of the Canary Island consists of protected nature reserves. The Teide National Park is home to Tenerife’s largest volcano. If you like an active holiday, this is the place to be. Especially in the southern and western parts of the island there is a lot of tourist real estate. Costa del Silencio, Las Galletas, Costa Adeje and Playa Paraiso are popular resorts among buyers.
Golf, hiking and cycling in Mallorca
Mallorca is a beautiful island belonging to the Balearic Islands, which also includes Ibiza. Mallorca is known for its beautiful nature. A pleasant climate, vast beaches, numerous rocky bays and mountain ranges, authentic villages and charming harbours, endless leisure opportunities: Mallorca has it all. It is also a top destination for golf lovers, hikers and cycling tourists in the winter months. The historic city of Palma de Mallorca is definitely worth a visit and from the famous lighthouse of Cap de Formentor, Majorca’s northernmost point, you have a fantastic view.

Luxurious enjoyment in Ibiza
Ibiza is so much more than a party island. From June to September there is a lot of life on this green island, while from October to May there is a quiet island feeling. The best of both worlds! Capital Eivissa has been declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco, with an impressive castle and a beautiful cathedral. Ibiza’s most famous eye-catcher is undoubtedly Es Vedra, an island about two and a half kilometres off the coast. It is considered a mythical place and magical powers are attributed to it. From the beach at Cala d’Hort, you have a fantastic view of Es Vedra. In Ibiza, you can enjoy the peace and nature as well as the vibrant nightlife. And all that at a good two-hour flight from Belgium or the Netherlands!
