There are enough visitors in the season that some of the apartments in the residence do a good trade as rental homes, but nothing here feels like it’s for the benefit of visitors. You can live on local produce and sleep and wake to the rhythms of nature. The lovely Tonnarella beach, barely ten minutes away, gives you clear waters and stunning sunsets, and the green slopes of Mount Etna and the Nebrodi Natural Park are both just around the corner.
