    Advertising a property online costs EUR 149 (including VAT). This will make the property visible for 1 year on the website in the Netherlands and Belgium.

  • Where is my property visible?

    Your property is visible at secondhome.nl and secondhome-expo.be and several partner websites in the Netherlands and Belgium.

  • How long will my property be online?

    The property will be visible on the website for 1 year. After 1 year, the property will be placed offline. A subscription is therefore never automatically renewed.

  • Can I make changes to my property?

    It is always possible to make changes. This modification will be immediately visible online.

  • How can potential buyers contact me?

    Buyers can contact you both by phone and e-mail.

  • Should commission be paid when the property is sold?

    No. We do not charge a commission. The only cost you have is 149,- euros when placing the property online.

  • I am having trouble placing my property? Can anyone help me?
