About the developments:
Project M 8 Villas are located in the village of Agia Triada, which has its own private road and not far off from the quaint town of Rethymno.
Each Villa will have a private swimming pool and stone BBQ
Pikri 2 Villa Project is located in the village of Pikri, not far from Rethymno.
Each Villa will be built with its own private pool, and stone BBQ.
A 5-7kwh solar system, is included in the price for both projects, which allows for a significantly reduced electricity cost, during the lifespan of the solar system.
A 3-year rental guarantee of 6% of the Villa purchase price is also available per Villa, which can be extended upon mutual agreement.
These developments are located 9 minutes to the nearest beach and 12 minutes from the main town of Rethymno by car. The town has wonderful traditional Greek Restaurants, bars, and shopping.
The Villas are to be developed in and around the surrounding Olive groves, with views of the seaside, not far from quaint towns and villages.
