The Obidos Villas Luz project is developed based on a joint venture between, H.Q. Empreendimentos Turisticos LDA, lead by a second-generation builder Mr. Ricardo Querido and Ekxpert Consult, lead by Mr. Krist Dewilde having more than 20 years of business development experience. Mr. Ricardo Querido is more than 25 years active in construction works. He has successfully delivered since 1994, more than 250 apartments and villas in the region of silver coast, but also in Algarve where he made a series of considerable buildings and villas, with values ranging from 150.000,00€. to 750.000,00€ investment. His company is active in construction for as well the private sector as the public sector. Works in the public sector include the delivery of more than 50 public works, which includes schools, nursing homes, social housing, sport facilities, most of it in silver coast region.
