How does it work?
Unlike many other portal websites, we do not use subscription fees. We use a ‘no cure – no pay’ model where you only pay when you receive leads. After placing an advertising budget, you can add unlimited properties. This way, we offer a easy way to advertise your properties with a focus on the Belgian and Dutch market.
Advertise in 4 easy steps
Step 1: Add budget
Create an account and add credits through the Balance page, you have the option to place budget. This budget is used to charge for the leads you receive. There are also a number of other products you can purchase. These are listed below.
Step 2: Listing your properties
You can easily place properties in the property manager. For best results, fill in everything in full and use professional photos. Automated placement is possible with an XML feed.
Step 3: Extra promotion
Before placing your property online, you can also draw extra attention to it. This can be done by means of a ‘top property’.
Step 4: Receiving leads
Now that your properties are online, there is a good chance that you will receive enquiries. If you receive an enquiry, you will be notified by e-mail. In the lead manager, you will find all the leads that have come in for you.

I want to advertise my properties in your newsletters
Homes are automatically placed in newsletters with marketing-automation. Website visitors who have created a profile receive regular newsletters with offers tailored to their profile.

How can I terminate my account?
Just send an email to: [email protected] or use the contact form on the website.

Are leads that are not good credited by you?
Spam and test requests will be credited by us if reported by the user.

Do you reverse charge VAT for businesses?
Yes, if you provided a valid VAT number in the profile. Whether your VAT number is valid for the reverse charge of VAT can be checked with VIES. In addition, we invoice from the Netherlands, so reverse-charging VAT is only possible for European companies outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number.
