In 2020 Hans Festen, owner of Hevesta, celebrated his 20th anniversary as a hospitality broker. However, Hevesta Hospitality brokerage and mediation and consultancy firm has been around since 1978. From a local player in the province of Gelderland, Hans has developed Hevesta into a reliable and successful brokerage.
Hevesta has been established in Amsterdam now for more than 10 years and has also become an important player in the Amsterdam hospitality market. Hevesta has been involved in many transactions. From cafes to restaurants and from hotels to project developments. Locally in Amsterdam with the exploitation of many catering businesses, outside of Amsterdam with a Michelin star restaurant in Maastricht, a well-known conference hotel in the middle of the country, and a modern restaurant at the very tip of Zeeland. Hevesta is also internationally active in the purchase and sale of restaurant- and hotel operations, hotel and recreational real estate and holiday homes. “Service to my selling and purchasing customers is always my top priority. That is why I have no growth ambition in terms of office size.
