From the moment you decide to buy a house until the moment you receive the keys and can start enjoying the house, we are fully responsible for the smooth lapse of the entire process. Even in the months after completion, we are always ready to guide our customers with all kinds of questions. We will explain to you which steps need to be taken and help you with the documents you need to be able to buy a house in Spain, for example a personal number (NIE) for foreigners. We will guide you to the notary & lawyer (gestor) and you will be assisted in your own language throughout the entire process. This is so important.

Nice if you can fall back for anything and everything. That is certainly important for the purchase of a property in Spain. But you can also benefit from this in the years that follow.
